Lemon Cilantro Sauce

These simple ingredients make an amazing sauce with a mexican flair.  It’s got just enough punch without being too spicy.

This sauce makes a great topping for freshly steamed salmon fillets over rice or even over your favorite mexican dish.

Really, once you try this, you will come up with your own great uses for it!

Lemon Cilantro Sauce

  • 2 cups cilantro leaves
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 TBL fresh lemon juice
  • 3 TBL extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chile pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processer.
  • Process until smooth.
