Ingredients

(1 ½ cans ) pineapple chunks
(juice reserved)

apples
chopped
1 ½
large cucumbers
peeled and chopped

block sharp Cheddar cheese
cut into chunks

Large tomatoes
chunked
½
large yellow onion
cut small

fresh mint
finely chopped
Freshly ground black pepper/salt to taste
Reserved pineapple juice
1/2
Cup
Greek/Italian salad dressing
or garlic & herb
Instructions
Mix all together in a large bowl. Best if served after chilled a few hours.
